ステムセル研究所に保管されたお子さまの臍帯由来幹細胞を用いて、幹細胞培養上清を製造するサービ スです。現在、国内で同サービスを提供しているのはステムセル研究所のみであり、「ファミリー上清(R)」 は商標登録を受けた独自のサービスです。

ニューロテックメディカルが提供する「リニューロ(R)」は、同社独自の神経再生技術およびリハビリテー ション手法を組み合わせ、医師の責任のもとで提供される神経再生領域の医療です。本提携により、同 社の提携院にて、医師の判断に基づき、「ファミリー上清(R)」が治療選択肢の一つとして活用されます。

The Use of Umbilical Cord-Derived Stem Cell Culture Supernatant “Family Supernatant”
StemCell Institute Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takafumi Shimizu) and NeuroTech Medical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Joto-ku, Osaka; President: Nagatoshi Kihoin) are pleased to announce that, effective July 3, 2026, the two companies have begun a collaboration toward the use of the umbilical cord-derived stem cell culture supernatant “Family Supernatant” in the field of neuroregeneration.
Through this collaboration, StemCell Institute, a perinatal tissue-derived cell bank centered on umbilical cord blood and umbilical cord tissue with a 99% share of the private cord blood banking market in Japan, and NeuroTech Medical, which provides “ReNeuro,” a medical service that combines its patented “Targeted Neuroregenerative Medicine” technology with its proprietary “Targeted Rehabilitation” approach, will build a framework for providing new medical services by leveraging the expertise of both companies.
Overview of the Collaboration
- Based on the instructions of physicians at NeuroTech Medical’s affiliated clinics, StemCell Institute will be entrusted with the manufacture of the stem cell culture supernatant “Family Supernatant” from umbilical cord-derived stem cells stored at StemCell Institute.
- NeuroTech Medical provides “ReNeuro,” which combines its patented “Targeted Neuroregenerative Medicine” technology with its proprietary “Targeted Rehabilitation” approach. Through this collaboration, physicians at NeuroTech Medical’s affiliated clinics will consider the use of Family Supernatant as one of the treatment options in privately funded medical care in the field of neuroregeneration, depending on each patient’s condition and other relevant factors.

About StemCell Institute’s “Family Supernatant”
“Family Supernatant” is a service that manufactures stem cell culture supernatant using umbilical cord-derived stem cells from a child whose cells are stored at StemCell Institute. This service is currently provided only by StemCell Institute in Japan. “ファミリー上清(R)” is a registered trademark of StemCell Institute in Japan, and “Family Supernatant” is used as its English rendering.
About NeuroTech Medical’s “ReNeuro”
“ReNeuro,” provided by NeuroTech Medical, is a medical service in the field of neuroregeneration that combines NeuroTech Medical’s proprietary neuroregenerative technology and rehabilitation methods, and is provided based on physicians’ responsibility and judgment. Through this collaboration, physicians at NeuroTech Medical’s affiliated clinics will consider the use of Family Supernatant as one of the treatment options based on their medical judgment.
