MRTグローバルは、人材紹介事業者のライセンスを保有するMRT Vietnam Co., Ltd（以下 MRTベトナム）を通じて、医療人材プラットフォーム「MRT HUB」の運営を2025年10月より本格始動いたしました。法規制や現地事情が日本とは大きく異なるベトナム市場において外資系企業として新規参入しながらも、ベトナム現地での信頼を積み重ね、わずかな期間でベトナム人の医師登録者数2,000名を超え、月間250～300名のペースで増加しております。医療機関数累計400施設、掲載案件数累計1,000件を超え、非常勤および常勤紹介の成約実績を順調に積み上げ、ベトナム人医師に加え、ベトナム人看護師、ベトナム人薬剤師と紹介対象領域を拡大しております。2026年9月からは、医療人材紹介に加え、医療人材専用の求人メディアサービスの提供および、医師および医療従事者のスカウトサービスを開始します。

【今後の展望】
「MRT HUB」は、開始から5年目となる2030年までにベトナム国内医師総人口の40％、ターゲットとする医療機関2,800施設の25％の登録を目標として掲げております。また、先般リリースしたマレーシアにおける事業においても「MRT HUB」の展開を進め、さらにASEANにおける医療機関・事業者・官公庁および自治体等との提携の拡大を進めてまいります。

Registered Vietnamese Doctors Exceed 2,000 as Services Expand to Nurses, Pharmacists, and Japanese Doctors

Through its regional hub, MRT Global Management Pte Ltd (Headquarters: Singapore; CEO: Nobutaka Kato; hereinafter “MRT Global”), MRT operates “MRT HUB,” one of Vietnam’s largest healthcare recruitment platforms, along with specialized medical staffing services. The number of registered Vietnamese doctors on the platform has now exceeded 2,000. Building on this milestone, MRT has expanded both the range of healthcare professionals eligible for placement and the scope of services it provides.
MRT Global commenced full-scale operations of the healthcare recruitment platform “MRT HUB” in October 2025 through MRT Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MRT Vietnam”), which holds a local recruitment license.
Despite entering the Vietnamese market as a new foreign entrant, where legal regulations and local business conditions differ significantly from those in Japan, MRT Vietnam has steadily earned the trust of the local healthcare community. Within a short period, the number of registered Vietnamese doctors has surpassed 2,000 and continues to grow by approximately 250 to 300 new registrations per month.
MRT Vietnam has built a network of more than 400 healthcare institutions and handled over 1,000 job listings to date, steadily establishing a track record of successful placements for both full-time and part-time positions. Furthermore, the company has expanded its recruitment services beyond doctors to include Vietnamese nurses and pharmacists.
Starting in September 2026, in addition to its existing recruitment services, MRT Vietnam will launch a dedicated healthcare job board as well as a direct scouting service for doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Additionally, in line with its recently announced new vision, “Delivering the Value of Doctors to Society,” MRT has successfully placed Japanese doctors at medical institutions in Vietnam, creating new opportunities for Japanese doctors to pursue their careers overseas.

Future Outlook
By 2030, marking the fifth year of “MRT HUB” operations, the platform aims to register 40% of all doctors in Vietnam and establish relationships with 25% of the 2,800 targeted healthcare facilities.
Furthermore, MRT plans to expand the “MRT HUB” model to its recently launched operations in Malaysia and continue broadening partnerships with medical institutions, businesses, government agencies, and local municipalities across the ASEAN region.
